Step 2: Activate your account

To activate your account, you will need to provide us with your identification documents. As a result of Money Laundering Regulations passed on the 15th of December 2007, MTAs are now obligated to take and verify customer IDs from every customer who uses our services more than once. This is intended to satisfy stringent Know Your Client (KYC) procedures set by the regulator.

So in order for you to use our services, we request that you forward to us identification documents recognised at law, such as a copy of your Passport, or driver’s license together with a utility bill, bank or credit card statement (valid for the last 3 months). The good news is that to save time; you can scan your documents and upload them straight to your account with us when you complete your registration form.
