Cash Pick-Up
Pay Crown Exchange today and your relatives can pick up cash in Zimbabwe at the nearest First Banking Corporation Branch on the same day or the following day at the latest.
Cash can be picked up in US$, ZAR (Rands) or any other denominations of the beneficiary’s choice. All you need to do is indicate on your transfer form how money is to be received. Â
Please note
- Same day service is only offered to customers who complete their transactions before 1pm (GMT).
- Transactions that are recorded after 1pm (GMT) will be processed for next day collection.
Emergency Cash
When you have a real emergency back home, we are happy to bend the rules for you and speed up your transaction. So next time you need to pay urgent medical bills, funeral costs, school fees or you have been let down by some agent, contact us for an emergency transfer.
Transfer into Bank Account
Using our superfast transfer service, you can also transfer money directly into your beneficiary’s bank account. Your beneficiary don’t need to go to the bank to pick up the cash, the cash will come to them.
All transfers to an FCA account processed before 5pm (GMT) will reflect in beneficiary’s account the following day.
